General Shipping Information
Top Notch Pet Products is very up front about shipping costs from the outset so there is no need for our customers to speculate what they will be up until the time of checkout.
The only exception generally applies to items that are heavy or bulky and considered to be oversized by the carrier as to size, weight, and dimensions of the shipping box.The cost will be calculated before final checkout.
We accept Pay Pal, American Express, Visa, MasterCard and Discover.
You do NOT need a PayPal account to place an order through our website. Just click on the "Proceed to Checkout" Tab, which will allow you to enter your credit card information.
Standard orders are shipped via FedEx, UPS or USPS Ground.
Most products ship between 1 and 4 days business days. Custom made products may take anywhere between 2 and 6 weeks. The time frame which will be indicated in the product description.
Expedited Shipping is available BUT may not be for all items. Please contact us at email@example.com or 561-926-3940 beforehand for expedited shipping quotes.
Purchases of 2 or more items on a particular order may ship separately from other warehouse locations in separate boxes and may not arrive at the same time.
We will email you a tracking number once the item ships.

*FREE SHIPPING applies to select items and is only valid for orders shipped ground within the Contiguous 48 States.
All orders that exceed $89 automatically receive "Free Shipping" in the USA. Orders that ship to Canada & Worldwide will incur actual shipping charges. We never profit from shipping.
*FLAT RATE varies per each individual product. Top Notch Pet Products has predetermined the rates based upon the size, weight, and dimensions of each product which we have calculated to be the most fair and equitable.
Sales Tax is required to be collected for items delivered in Florida mandated by State regulatory authorities.
We ship within the 48 Contiguous United States, Canada & Worldwide to select countries.
Canadian Shipping & Sales Policies
We make placing orders for delivery to Canada quick & Easy.
Select items marked “Ships to Canada” will be indicated on the Product Description page. Only items eligible for Canadian Shipping will be allowed to be shipped to a Canadian shipping address. Some items cannot be shipped due to import restrictions regarding the type and content of an item, manufacturer restrictions, or size.
Note: You are responsible for the importation of your order. We cannot be held responsible for returned, damaged or destroyed packages by customs. Please make sure you know your customs regulations in your region. Packages returned by customs may incur a restocking fee. There may also be additional duties, fees or taxes imposed by customs. Canada Post calls these COD (Collect on Delivery Fees) which includes a $7.25 administration fee. The FDA does not allow the returns of food or drug products (this includes anything taken orally) to the United States from Canada. Any refused or returned packages will be destroyed by customs.

Orders destined outside the United States are shipped via the US Postal Service, UPS or FedEx. We do not ship to all countries worldwide so please contact us beforehand to determine if we do. Some products may ship to a particular country but may not to others. This is dependent upon the manufacturer and the import regulations of a particular country.

You are responsible for the importation of your order. We advise that you contact your countries customs on whether the products requested will be allowed entrance into your country. Some items may be denied due to import restrictions regarding the type and content of an item, manufacturer restrictions, or size.
We have no control over duties, customs, tariffs or import fees associated with your order. All applicable charges are the sole responsibility of the customer.
Shipping charges for orders destined outside the United States are non-refundable.We cannot be held responsible for returned, damaged or destroyed packages by customs.
You may return items within 10 days from the date received. The item must be in its original condition and include all parts, accessories and packaging. Call us at 561-926-3940 or email firstname.lastname@example.org to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) and shipping instructions. Include a copy of the original invoice with your return and write your RA# visibly on the outside of the shipping package and on the packing slip. Please state the reason why you are returning the product in advance.
Unless the item being returned is a result of our error (damaged, defective, or wrong item sent) return shipping costs are non-refundable. For your protection, we encourage you to send your return prepaid via USPS or FedEx. Save your shipping receipt and tracking number for proof of return delivery. We are not responsible for return packages that are lost or damaged by the return shipping company.
Due to strict health restrictions we cannot accept returns for Beds, Carriers, & Blankets so please make sure you have selected the proper size.
Custom items are not returnable or refundable.
When requesting a refund, your original credit card will be credited once your return is processed.When exchanging an item, you will see a credit to your original pay method for the returned item and a charge for the new item, plus shipping and handling.
